End of application. This cleaning contract may be terminated at any time by mutual agreement between the client and the contractor. The whole deal. Cleaning professionals are sometimes referred to as domestic servants or janitors. Cleaning professionals can work for a company or provide professional services. Depending on the needs of each client or company, the tasks of a cleaning service vary. For example, if a furniture company needs weekly furniture cleaning in the store, details about the cleaning and the products to be used should be included in the contract. The cancellation of more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than 7 scheduled cleanings without the prior authorization of the supplier is considered a material breach and allows the supplier to terminate the contract or appeal. The customer therefore has the right to examine the service at any time within the time limits indicated in section I.
